Background

TaxAssist Accountants are the UK’s largest network providing tax advice and accountancy services for SMEs, sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal taxpayers.

TaxAssist have been constantly evolving to enhance their service to clients for over 30 years, and in 2024 they underwent a brand refresh to reflect the range of innovative and personalised services they provide for businesses and individuals.

The Challenge

With over 410 locations across the UK, TaxAssist needed a simple and smooth process where franchises could easily access a wide range of on-brand, pre-approved marketing and operational templates with the ability to personalise to their local branch.

TaxAssist needed a partner with experience in ensuring brand security throughout the ongoing process of a rebrand, quality production to match a new vibrant colour palette, and an excellent customer services team, who could support their franchisees along the journey.

Our Solution

TaxAssist and Just Digital teams partnered to create a modern, clear and responsive online print and branded giveaways portal for the launch of the new brand.

Franchisees  have immediate access to a wide range of on-brand templates, where they can self-serve to get everything they need, bespoke to their branch. This enables TaxAssist to be responsive and move quickly, reducing time to market.
