2 days per week
The Role
We are excited to announce that we are looking for an office-based Sales Administrator (Part Time) to join our team to look after our Display Services clients. Your main responsibility will be to look after, advise and develop our clients in the Displays and Large Format department. You will also be involved in keeping supplier pricing up to date within our ordering system and raising purchase orders if required as well as be expected to do general administration tasks relating to your role.
Experience in the large format, displays or print industry is an advantage but training will be available for the right candidate.
This role is a job share and the work pattern would be working Wednesday and Thursday, 9.30am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Quoting and booking in orders
Maintaining positive relationships with clients
Answering the phone and responding to customer queries
Assisting with controlling and re-ordering of stock
Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
Courier tracking
Filing and archiving
General office administration
Liaising with the production department on lead times and materials
Managing of client exhibition storage crate
Liaise with colleagues in other departments to fulfil your clients’ requests
Assisting in maintaining the Displays showroom
You Will:
Be able to work to strict deadlines, whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Be a confident communicator both internally and externally
Excellent levels of interpersonal skills to ensure that the job share is covered effectively, including providing and receiving handovers.
Be able to effectively manage your own time
Be forward thinking and proactive approach
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Have excellent organisational skills
Able to take a structured approach to work and follow procedures
Be literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
Have previous experience of working within a customer facing environment.
