Partnership Manager
The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join our Marketing Services team. The Partnership Manager, with the support of their team, will own client relationships across multiple print disciplines, identify areas for growth, provide sales analysis, and grow revenue in those areas.
Your days will be varied with a mix of managing current client relationships, alongside strategically identifying and developing relationships with new clients.
We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, with the ability to truly understand our current and prospective client’s needs. The right candidate will be able to offer creative solutions to promote our services with organisations. The role would suit someone with a people focused approach, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and with a pro-active attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with new and existing clients
Increase revenue across our multi-disciplinary services
Identify areas for growth within current clients and action accordingly
Identify prospective clients and action accordingly
Laise with wider teams to ensure client needs are being met
Analyse and provide regular reports on performance metrics
Line management
Maximise quotes and conversion.
Attend meetings, exhibitions and presentations representing JD across the UK
You Will:
Have previous account management experience and a proven growth record
Be commercially minded with an understanding of business strategy
Be versatile to adapt to changing client needs
Have excellent communication skills, both in person and written
Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills at all levels within JD and with clients, stakeholders, procurement teams and new prospects
Bring a ‘Pro-active’ attitude with ability to problem solve in a diplomatic manner
Have experience analysing client data and identifying areas of growth and report writing
Experience within print, marketing or a creative industry would be an advantage
