Proud to be a Living Wage Employer

Since July 2021 Just Digital have been a fully accredited Living Wage employer. We are part of 13,000 companies in the UK voluntarily committing to being a responsible employer. 

The real Living Wage is calculated annually by the Resolution Foundation and overseen by the Living Wage Commission, based on the best available evidence in the UK and London. It is the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living and applies to those aged 18 or over.
